These terms govern your participation in the Commirise publisher programme. By applying you agree to them.
1. Eligibility and approval
Applications are reviewed by hand. We may decline or close any account at our discretion, including where the promotional properties you describe do not match what we observe.
2. Permitted promotion
- Promote offers only on the properties you declared, and disclose affiliate relationships as required by law (in the US, the FTC Endorsement Guides).
- Respect each offer's restrictions shown in your dashboard, including bans on coupon sites, paid search on brand terms, or specific regions.
- No incentivised clicks, self-purchases, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading claims, spam or trademark misuse.
3. Commission
You earn the share of the commission shown on each offer, calculated on the commission the brand actually pays for an approved order. Orders that are cancelled, returned or rejected by the brand earn nothing, and commission already credited for them is reversed — including after it has become available.
4. Payments
Approved commission becomes withdrawable after a holding period that covers the brand's return window. Withdrawals above the minimum are paid to the method you choose. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
5. Fraud
We may hold, reverse or forfeit commission connected to fraudulent or prohibited activity, and close the account involved.
6. Changes
Offers, rates and these terms can change. Material changes to these terms are announced by email before they take effect.
